The biscuit box setis limited to the six pure butter recipes of the house. The chocolate box setbrings together tablets with a salted butter caramel cream heart, truffles, and florentines. The appetizer box setis savory. Two other selections exist, one dedicated to salted butter caramel, the other to jams.

For biscuit assortments, the content is detailed reference by reference. The 750g tin box contains Le Sablé Pur Beurre, Le Sablé Caramel, Le Sablé Éclats de chocolat, and Le Palet Pur Beurre. The 375g cardboard box brings together the six flavors of the house, three sablés and three palets. The large 1.045kg assortment changes logic and includes the four historic biscuits: sablé, palet, grande galette, petit beurre. The 375g Haute Couture box set works in duos, three combinations in total.

By number of guests

A half-box of 200 to 250g is suitable for a household of one or two people. A 500g box set accompanies coffee for several people. A 750g or 1.045kg assortment is enough for a large table and can be kept: the minimum shelf life of the biscuits ranges from 12 to 14 months depending on the recipe.

By occasion

The box, and what becomes of it

The Mythiqueand Collectorbox sets and half-box sets are made of tin. Once the biscuits are shared, the box can be kept, on a shelf or in a drawer, to store photos or buttons. Some give them away, others keep them.

The casesand cardboard boxesserve another purpose: lighter, they are easy to carry and slip into a bag. The 1888range takes its name from the year the inn opened, an inscription also found on the biscuit.
